I wonder if somebody today really did go through with the "Church of $cientology: The Cake is a Lie!" picket sign. Though only Orange Box fans would ever get that one. I just got back from the Red Egg and Ginger event I said that was one of the events that has be booked solid today. The baby is three month old boy, chubby, and cute. After I finish this entry I have to put on a suit and head out to the next gathering. Perhaps I will drink a birthday toast to the late Lisa McPherson, for today is her birthday and she cannot celebrate it. Turns out the cake was a lie for her. For her birthday, word on the local street is that about 100+ showed up at the local "church" of Scientology near Chinatown in various masks. The front gate is locked, a squad car parked outside, phones are not being answered and the handlers are vastly outnumbered into silence. No bullbaiting today. News about today's protests on this side of the globe are trickling in. Perhaps there will be more tonight. Not much is being said otherwise. The "church" is playing the "religious persecution" card and otherwise seem to be forced on the defensive. Where are the big guns? Why isn't the TomKat being deployed? I hope to see footage on XenuTV later tonight. Wish I could see this all for myself. I also wonder if YouTube is going to show any new footage involving crank calls or more fake pizza deliveries.
5:01pm: "Why my web-site no Werk?" Dunno how long this will last. Can I attribute this to another hit? If so, I've underestimated them again and so has the "church". Maybe. Tags: $cientology, lisa mcpherson, war on scientology Current Mood: contemplative Current Music: crank calls to the Co$
