Wow.  What a spectacle this upcoming March 15, 2008 will be.  Saint Patrick's Day falls on this day.  So do anti-war protests.  Competitors for attention of those out on the streets downing a green beer will be the anons of Chanology.  (How long will the page be back up?)  
There even will be a pre-Ides Birthday party on the 13th to kick off the festivities.  

      The part where they say "be more interesting than them for the cameras" when talking about stealing thunder from anti-war protestors is kind of funny.  Raptor Jesus or a huge Mudkip costume could do it too I bet.  Or the sea of Guy Fawkes masks.  The public can tire of and easily dismiss yet another bunch of anti-Bush or War protestors.  They're kind of common.  But the anon movement, that just looks crazy.  Maybe a little frightening.  People could pay attention.  At least that's what anon is hoping for with the overall increased foot traffic on such a festive day.  
      In related news, the king of skeptics does a  little debunk on the "church" of Scientology in an LA Times open editorial.

      What was this "4th wave" attack on the "church" of $cientology?  What counted as waves one through three?  All I recall are denail of service attacks on the website, a lot of threatening YouTube vids, and some evelopes of white powder sent to some Co$ buildings.  I don't recall anything organized in "waves".  Chanology posted this link hyping up the "fourth wave".   Did someone pie Tom Cruise or something?  
      What is going to happen on February 10th anyhow?  Mass protests at $cientology buildings?  Coordinated pie throwing?  Kids showing up in Guy Fawkes masks?

Apparantly that's the local "church" for Co$.  I would like to see the spectacle for lolz, but I'm pretty busy that Sunday.  Booked solid.  Hope someone films whatever it is an puts it online.  

I am in agreement with comic book writer Warren Ellis and his view on anon's war with Co$.  Yippies were f^ckin' stupid.  "Planetary enzyme" my @$$.  That's not a proper name or use for LSD.
